Consistent practice of positive personal and professional habits reflecting healthy life together in our families, church and community.
Relational Maturity is best viewed as a continuum of practices, knowledge and skills ranging from positive self and family care, to the leader's interpersonal relationship skills within congregation and community, to knowledge of family systems theory and related topics as a tool to assist families and lead the congregation's mission as a healthy organization.
