Florida-Bahamas Synod

See friends and make new ones, hear inspiring speakers, participate in Synod Assembly worship and the Disney Workshop, all for the low cost of $70 (includes two meals) plus hotel room at the special assembly price of $134/per night.     

The Florida-Bahamas Synod Older Adult Team has planned an exciting and inspiring time at the Buena Vista Palace Hotel beginning Thursday, May 3 and moving into joining the Synod Assembly on May 4 and 5, 2012. Special guests include Dr. Shauna Hannan, Bible Study leader and Mr. Carlos Pena, Vice-President of the ELCA. You will also learn a new skill as Margo Walbolt takes you through a fun and revealing-asset mapping session.

The Older Adult Hostel concludes following the Disney workshop, but participants may extend their stay for Assembly activities or to enjoy the various Disney opportunities.

Cost: The cost of the Hostel is $70 and includes 2 meals, Hostel & Assembly sessions, and worship.
