Nurturing partnerships to support one another in life, ministry and mission.

collegialityThe primary focus of collegiality places a high emphasis on personal and mutual accountability, sharing and support. This is the hallmark and hope for rostered leaders and others who are willing to work in an interdependent fashion that acknowledges the reality of the wideness of the varied expressions of the church and yet proclaims and builds the unity of our common call to ministry in the name of Jesus. We affirm and nurture healthy, well functioning, rostered and lay leaders whose interactions at the congregational, conference and synod levels are characterized by loving relationships, compassion, humility, and openness.
